Loyalty Rewards Orders
One of the best ways to purchase your families essential oils is with the loyalty rewards program. Every month you can customize your order with a different kit, program or just the essential oils you need to replenish or want to try. This program is free to join for all Wholesale Customers and Wellness Advocates. You can cancel at anytime if you wish.!
Product of the Month
Each month there is a new Product of the Month for members in the Loyalty Rewards Program. This might be a trusted, most use oil, exclusive oil or an oil that you can add to your collection that you don't have yet. It is absolutely free with your loyalty rewards order of 125pv+ that is placed on or before the 15th of the month.
200pv Oils
Approximately every quarter we get a new 200pv promotion. This is not exclusive to the Loyalty Rewards program, but your savings are amplified when you order on Loyalty Rewards. This promotion can be an expensive oil like Frankincense or a group of products that represents the season, like On Guard products late summer/early fall. The limit is 4 in most cases, so large orders can be split for 2 promotions. *Always refer to the limits on each promotion as these do vary on occasion.
Points
Points are like doTERRA bucks. You can cash them in for almost any product doTERRA offers. With every loyalty rewards order over 50pv, you will earn 10-30% back in your points bank. You will also earn either part or all of your shipping cost in points as well. As a new member, you automatically start earning 10% back. Every 3 months you go up 5% until the 13th month where you earn back 30%. Yes, 30%. So for me, at 30%, I can purchase 125pv, get a free oil like Tea Tree Touch, lime or an exclusive oil like 5ml palmrosa, 37.5 points for my order and 4 points to cover my $4 shipping! So I get $41.50 worth of oils for free plus the value of the free oil. Please note there is a $3 service fee for cashing in points.
Shipping Rewards
To me, shipping is free. Economy shipping for $4 or overnight shipping for $25. It all comes right back to me. All you have to do is order your Loyalty Rewards Order online and get the full cost back in points. If you call in your order or place a standard order, you will get half the cost back.

A: This is an order placed by an wholesale customer online through their shopping cart that remains untouched by a customer service agent.
Q: When will points be added?
A: Shipping Rewards and Loyalty Rewards Points will be added to accounts during the commission run approximately 15 days after the end of each month.
Q: What orders qualify for Shipping Reward Points?
A: Standard orders as well as Loyalty Reward orders can qualify for points as long as they meet the program criteria.
Q: What order qualifies for Loyalty Rewards Points?
A: Any Loyalty Reward Order over 50pv with both qualify for points and increase your percentage of rewards
Q: What if an order is returned?
A: If an order is returned, points from the order will be canceled.
Q: Does the Shipping Rewards Program only apply to standard shipping?
A: No, any shipping method will qualify for points as long as the order meets the program criteria.
Q: Will points expire?
A: Points expire 12 months from the date of issue.
Q: I did not earn points on my last order, what happened>
A: If points were not added by the 20th of the following month, make sure that you had a minimum monthly Loyalty Rewards order of 50 PV
Q: I don't need an order this month, but I don't want to loose my points or rewards levels.
A: Orders with a minimum of 1 PV* will maintain both Loyalty Reward level and previously accrued points
Q: I just joined last month, where are my points?
A: Must be an LRP participant for 60 days before credits can be redeemed
Q: Why did my order take more than 2–5 days for standard shipping?
A: The 2–5 days does not include warehouse processing time. During the holidays and pandemics, shipping times can be disrupted.
Q: I want to Cancel my LRP, how do I do that?
A: Cancellation of LRP order must take place over the telephone by calling Member Services at 1-800-411-8151 because all product credits and percentage will be immediately cancelled with LRP cancellation, and we want to make sure you cash in your points before we cancel it for you.
