You will recognize many of the essential oils in your spice cabinet. These oils make a great addition to your favorite marinades. Quiche is one of my children's favorite dishes. We keep it simple with just 2 drops of black pepper essential oil, spinach and swiss cheese, but a drop or 2 of your favorite herb oil like basil, rosemary or thyme are great additions for a veggie filled hearty quiche.
I can't even explain how versatile essential oils are in the kitchen. We love to boost basic box mix muffins with a few drops of essential oils. This light pasta dish is hearty and flavorful. Serve with some crusty bread and enhanced dipping oil and a salad for a guilty free meal. Perfect this dish with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper.
